Baby K’s Boutique — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Baby K’s Boutique, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Product Information

  • Many items, including silicone-beaded products, UV-DTF glasses, plastic cups, and customised clothing, are handmade.
  • Slight variations in colour, placement, or design may occur and are not considered faults.

2. Safety & Inspection (Beaded Items)

  • Silicone-beaded items contain small components and should be regularly inspected for wear, tear, loosening, or damage.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items remain in safe, working condition.
  • Discontinue use immediately if any part appears worn or compromised.

3. Care Instructions

UV-DTF Cups & Glasses:

  • Hand wash only
  • No soaking
  • Do not scrub decorated areas
  • Not dishwasher or microwave safe

Iron-On Clothing:

  • Cold wash, inside out
  • Do not iron over the design
  • Avoid tumble drying

Damage caused by not following care instructions is not covered under warranty.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside our control.
  • Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels must be followed up with the courier.
  • All glassware is checked and packaged securely to ensure it leaves Baby K’s Boutique in good condition.

5. Glassware Damage Policy

  • We take responsibility only for glassware damaged during transit.
  • Baby K’s Boutique is not responsible for breakage caused by dropping, throwing, impact, misuse, or accidental damage once received.
  • Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours, with photos of the item and packaging.

6. 30-Day Fix or Exchange

  • We offer a 30-day fix or exchange for items with manufacturing faults.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 days and be due to a production fault, not customer misuse.
  • Photos or return of the item may be required.
  • Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Custom items can only be fixed or replaced if faulty on arrival.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are made exactly from the details you provide.
  • Baby K’s Boutique is not responsible for errors in names, dates, or information supplied by the customer.
  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned 

8. Liability

Baby K’s Boutique is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Wear and tear
  • Damage from impact, dropping, or improper care
  • Failure to inspect beaded items for wear or damage

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies
